- If cancellation occurs prior to a month of the scheduled arrival, we refund 100% of the payment except the deposit.

-If cancellation occurs between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival, we refund 50% of the payment, excluding the deposit.

-If cancellation occurs between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival, we refund 30% of the payment, excluding the deposit. -

If cancellation occurs between 7 and 1 day prior to arrival, we refund 15% of the payment, excluding the deposit.

-If cancellation occurs upon arrival, or the guest doesn't show, there is no refund at all.
